High requirements on purity, safety and liquid stability are set for iron supplement preparations for young livestock. This upgrade focuses on optimizing raw material screening criteria, strengthening multi-dimensional testing of intermediates, controlling the entire production process in strict accordance with veterinary GMP standards, lowering impurity risks of products, reducing injection stress in piglets, and ensuring stable iron supplementation efficacy.
According to the company’s production manager, this quality control system upgrade is an important initiative for the enterprise to further develop veterinary iron supplement preparations. From raw material feeding to finished product delivery, samples are reserved for each batch of products with complete test records retained. Product information is traceable to ensure delivered products consistently meet national standard requirements.
Supported by stable product quality, the company’s Iron Dextran preparations are supplied to major large-scale farms nationwide. Raw materials and finished preparations are also exported steadily to overseas markets.
